OUR STORY

Our journey began with a simple love for coffee. Not just any coffee, but the kind that tells a story - one that starts on a small farm in the mountains of Nicaragua, travels through careful hands, and ends in the perfect cup.

Our organic coffee beans, single origin, comes from La Finca La Isabelia, produced by a family of multi-generation farmers located in the heart of the Jinotega Department. The farm takes pride in each phase of their production, taking their variety of caturra trees from cherry to final export. Their soil consists of clay and volcanic ash, and a natural shade canopy provides cover from excessive sun.
